How to specify delivery to a branch office

Your ordered items will be sent to a Yamato Transport office or post office, and you can pick them up at the counter.
If you choose to collect your order at this counter, please be sure to follow the instructions below when entering your delivery address and other information when placing your order.

How to specify delivery to a branch office

  1. Add the items you want to purchase to your cart
  2. Please open your shopping cart page and check that the contents and quantity of your order are correct.
  3. In the "Delivery address" field, enter the address accurately according to the delivery address of either "Yamato Transport Office" or "Post Office."
  4. Please check your order confirmation email for your shipping address.

Delivery to Yamato Transport's office

Please be sure to enter the following information in the "Shipping address" field.

  • Name: Your name
  • Phone Number: Your phone number
  • Postal code: The postal code of the Kuroneko Yamato office where you will receive the package
  • Address: Address, center name, and center code of the Kuroneko Yamato office where you will receive the item

If you would like to use the parcel locker "PUDO Station," please complete the procedure for receiving your parcel at the PUDO Station yourself using your account with the delivery company.
