[Notice] Regarding the delivery of packages to some areas due to the impact of the "Reiwa 6 Noto Peninsula Earthquake"

Due to the effects of the "Reiwa 6 Noto Peninsula Earthquake" that occurred off the coast of the Noto region of Ishikawa Prefecture on the evening of January 1, 2024 (Monday/holiday), all areas of Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui prefectures are currently affected. There are significant delays in the delivery of packages and suspension of baggage storage in a wide range of areas, including Hokkaido, Yamagata Prefecture, and parts of Hyogo Prefecture.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver to these areas even if you specify a date.
