About Membership Stages

Your membership tier is determined by your total purchase amount over the past 365 days.

The La Paume Cash cashback rate varies by membership tier, and as your tier increases, you can earn La Paume Cash more efficiently.

Your membership status is determined by your purchases over the "past 365 days."

Membership stages are not reset all at once on a fixed date each year.

Your membership stage is determined based on the total purchase amount from the past 365 days counting back from that point.

For example 

Currently, if your total shopping amount over the past 365 days is 25,000 yen, you are a "Bronze Member."

If you then add 5,000 yen to your qualifying shopping total, reaching 30,000 yen over the past 365 days, you will meet the requirements for "Silver Member" status.

Once you become a Silver Member, your cashback rate will increase from 3% to **5%**.

About the downgrade of membership status 

Your membership tier is always determined based on the total amount of your purchases over the past 365 days.

Therefore, if 365 days have passed since a previous purchase and that amount is no longer included in the calculation, causing you to fall below the criteria for your current tier, your membership tier may be lowered.

For example, even if you are a Gold member, if your total purchase amount over the past 365 days falls below 50,000 yen, your membership tier will be changed to the one corresponding to your purchase amount at that time.

Regarding the purchase amount used for member stage evaluation 

Membership tier is determined based on the product price of purchases made within the past 365 days.

Shipping fees, taxes, and similar charges are not included in the membership tier calculation.

Additionally, purchases made using La Pomme Cash are included in the purchase amount for membership tier calculation.

Example

Even if you make a purchase of 1,000 yen for product prices and use 200 yen in La Pomme Cash,

Purchase amount for membership tier calculation: 1,000 yen

will be counted.

The purchase amount used for membership tier calculation will not be reduced by the amount of La Pomme Cash used.

About La Paume Cache

"La Pome Cash" is our in-store currency that can be used for shopping at the "La Pome Web Store."

When you purchase products, La Pome Cash is awarded based on your current membership tier's cashback rate.

As your membership tier increases, so does your cashback rate, allowing you to earn La Pome Cash even more effectively.

* La Paume Cash is a feature referred to as "store credit" within the online shop system we use. While we strive to use the term "La Paume Cash" wherever possible, please note that it may still appear as "store credit" in sections of the system where the label cannot be changed.

How much La Paume Cache can I accumulate?

The cashback rate varies depending on your membership tier.

Regarding the amount eligible for cashback

La Paume Cash cashback applies to the product price (including tax).

Amounts other than the product price, such as shipping fees and payment handling fees, are not eligible for cashback.

Additionally, if you use a coupon, the product price after the coupon discount will be eligible for cashback; if you use La Paume Cash, the product price after deducting the La Paume Cash amount used will be eligible for cashback.

If you use La-Pomme Cache

Amounts paid using La Paume Cash are not eligible for new cashback rewards.

Example

If you make a purchase of 1,000 yen (tax included) and use 200 yen in La Paume Cash,

1,000 yen - 200 yen = 800 yen

800 yen will be the amount eligible for cashback.

For instance, if you are a Bronze member, the cashback rate is 3%, so

800 yen × 3% = 24 yen worth

of La Paume Cash will be awarded to you.

Please note that even in this case, the purchase amount used to determine your membership stage will be calculated based on the product price before the La Paume Cash was applied.

If you use a coupon and La Paume Cash together

Coupons and La Paume Cash can be used together.

However, the amount discounted by the coupon and the amount paid with La Paume Cash are not eligible for cashback.

Example

Product price (tax included): 10,000 yen
Coupon discount: 1,000 yen
La Paume Cash used: 2,000 yen

In this case,

10,000 yen - 1,000 yen - 2,000 yen = 7,000 yen

7,000 yen will be the eligible amount for cashback.

For example, for Silver members, the cashback rate is 5%, so

7,000 yen × 5% = 350 yen worth

of La Paume Cash will be awarded.

When will La Pomme Cash be granted?

La Paume Cash will be awarded after your order has been shipped.

Please note that it will not be reflected immediately after you complete your order, but rather after the shipping process is finished.

Regarding the expiration date of La Paume Cache

The expiration period for La Paume Cash is currently 365 days from the date of grant.

Since the grant date differs for each La Paume Cash balance, the expiration date also varies for each.

La Paume Cash that has passed its expiration date will be forfeited, so please use it within the valid period.

Please note that the expiration period for La Paume Cash may be subject to change in the future due to modifications in service details or other reasons.

Even if the rules regarding expiration dates are changed, the expiration dates of La Paume Cash already granted prior to such changes will not be retroactively altered.

The expiration date set at the time of grant will remain applicable.

When using La Paume Cash for purchases, the balance with the shortest remaining expiration period will be used first.

When using La Paume Cash, you cannot manually select a balance with a longer remaining expiration period.

How to use La Pomme Cache

La Pomme Cash can be used when you make a purchase while logged into your La Pomme member account.

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and apply your available La Pomme Cash toward your payment.

La Pomme Cash can also be used in conjunction with coupons.

How to check your La Paume membership stage/cash

You can check your current membership stage and La Paume Cash information from your My Page after logging in.

Please ensure you are logged into your member account when shopping to use your La Paume Cash.

 Regarding returns 

If you return an item, the La Paume Cash granted for that purchase will, in principle, be deducted.

However, returns due to defective products are exempt from the La Paume Cash deduction.

For example, even if you use 200 yen worth of La Paume Cash for a 1,000 yen purchase, the full 1,000 yen will be counted toward your member tier evaluation.

What items are eligible for cashback at La Pomme Cache?

Only the product price (including tax) is eligible for cashback.

Amounts other than the product price, such as shipping fees and payment handling charges, are not eligible.

Additionally, discount amounts from coupons and amounts paid using La Pomme Cash are not included in the cashback eligibility.

When will La Paume Cache be granted?

Does La Pomme Cache have an expiration date?

Yes.

The current expiration date is 365 days from the date of issuance.

La Paume Cash that has passed its expiration date will be forfeited, so please use it before it expires.

Will the expiration date be subject to change in the future?

These terms are subject to change depending on service details and other factors.

However, even if the rules regarding expiration dates are changed, the expiration date originally set at the time of issuance will continue to apply to any La Paume Cash already granted.

If I return an item, what happens to the La Paume cash that was awarded?

La Paume Cash granted for the purchase of returned items will, as a general rule, be deducted.
